This page explains how Who Knows My Email normally behaves: verification first, private result page second, and clear progress while selected sources are checked.

1. Normal scan flow

Enter your own email address, confirm the verification link, keep the result page open and review the private overview when the scan completes.

2. Queue and waiting time

During busy moments, scans may wait in a queue. The result page shows progress, the current source being checked and estimated timing where possible.

3. Verification email problems

If the verification email does not arrive, check spam, confirm the address is typed correctly and request a new scan from the homepage. Some mail providers delay automated messages.

4. Partial results or errors

Some external sources may be unavailable, slow or blocked. A skipped/error status means the source could not be checked reliably; it does not prove an account exists or does not exist.

5. Reporting an issue

Use the contact page if a page is unavailable, a scan link fails, a translation looks wrong or the verification flow behaves unexpectedly.
